I started my career, here in the US, as an entrepreneur, then I was a data analyst and then I was a bilingual customer service representative. All these experiences led me to UX. I am excited to design solutions for users of different cultures and needs.
I also have a degree in Communication and I have always been very passionate about the human mind.

Convenient - User Research for mobile app
I worked as a freelancer for a FinTech industry entrepreneur. The work consisted only of the Research part. I handed over all the material to them, but with all the data in hand, he decided to go further and put my design skills into practice.
My goal here was to create a financial application that allows people with low credit scores or people who already have some money saved and only need a small amount to open a business, to have the possibility to borrow this money easily, safely and without a lot of bureaucracy.
Güdeeds - User research for mobile app
I participated in a Hackathon with other 4 others UX and 5 developers in a three-day sprint.
The goal was to to create a platform for parents and all those who feel, in general, needing a little help, a favor that a neighbor can do for anyone. The help that you get without feeling uncomfortable. And so came Güdeeds. The good news: the app is Live!
Meteora - User Research

Meteora is a start-up reseller of semi-jewels that has grown every day, however, Instagram as the main tool for promoting its products.
My goal was to build an online catalog with easy navigation so their customers could find the desired product more easily.
U Scope - User Research for Photo ID App
U Scope created an inspection tool, Photo ID app, that helps property owners, adjusters, and contractors improve the process of property inspection, which brought it into the 21st century.
My goal was improving the workflow and make it a more friendly and familiar tool.
Live Nation - User Research for Life From Home App
Live Nation allows people to experience the unique sensations of live show events. These people are engaged and excited even before the event.
My goal was creating a way to acquire, and retain the user's involvement the pandemic period, thus creating an application that the user could feel and have experiences similar to live events.
Blinkee.com - user research for e-commerce
Blinkee.com is an e-commerce page that sells Party favors, Light Up and LEDS products. The site has shown a significant drop in online sales.
My goal was creating a way to increase sales and create a certain loyalty to existing customers.
Focus Mind - User research for mobile
FocusMind is a design app that help people to be organized with regular schedules based on the time users want, or need to spend on a given task.
My goal was creating a way in which the user could have a certain freedom to choose the tasks they will perform and without having to worry about the time they will perform them.
